As a training and consultancy firm, BCJA is committed to strategically offer consultancy, outsourcing and development services to small, medium and large firms for their profitability, competency and organizational leadership. The main focus is to provide a leading edge support and exemplary customer service for the improved performance of the organization.
BCJA provides a wide variety of services including In-House ISO 9001 Training, Consulting and Assessment, Public Training, and other Specialized Services. Our consulting services can either be offered on-site, off-site or a combination of both. BCJA helps the clients to identify their needs, develop an action plan and facilitate change to enhance the success of their organization.
