In his continued pursuit of excellence and advancement of learning, BCJA Training and Consultancy’s President and CEO, Dr. Benito C. Castillo, Jr., attended the 27th Annual ISO 9000 World Conference at the Hyatt Regence Riverwalk, San Antonio Texaz, USA last March 11-12, 2019.

 

According to the organization’s Chairperson, Mr. Robert Freeman, the event was focused on providing the attendees and their respective organization with the information and tools needed to continue their drive toward excellence. As an addition to its annual tradition of providing relevant topics with leading experts in their corresponding fields, this year conference broadened its format to account for a deeper look at how management systems and auditing can and should be used to achieve effectiveness. By adding “AUDITS” as a focal point and adding topics that support the advancement of skills, attendees will be positioned to push their own boundaries and those of the organization they represent.
