After working for almost a year to ensure a stable and sustainable QMS, the Population Commissions Head Office as well as the NCR and Region 4 units have successfully hurdled their certification to ISO 9001:2015. Taking the lead in this endeavor, Dr. Juan Antonio A. Perez III, MD, MPH showed that having a QMS is not simply about compliance but about inprovement and always striving to reach higher each time.

The QMS was certified successfully by AJA Registrars last month. Another one in a long line of successful certifications for AJA.

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification was such great news for all. The efforts made had finally paid off. As for the system, it means PopComs customers have the complete assurance that they operate to the highest quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met for their services while continually striving to maintain and improve these standards that set them apart as an agency.

Customer satisfaction has always been a fundamental part of PopComs ideals but implementing ISO 9001:2015 ensures PopCom identifies all present customer needs and identify and assess future requirements. It also helps them measure client satisfaction and enables them to continually improve our processes.
